Data from every location where fuel is stored is entered into EMTEC’s database, including:
- Location and client data
- Fuel type and source data
- Storage tank volumes and burn rates
- Number of tanks at each location
Every location submits quarterly bottom tank samples for sediment, water and microbial testing
- Results of every test are are reported to location and/or maintenance managers
- Recommendations on tank cleaning and/or shock treating are noted
- All results are stored in the EMTEC database
Monitoring of all bottom tank test results and report on:
- Overall cleanliness of stored fuel by tank/location
- Quarterly testing compliance reports to ensure locations are submitting required samples
- Reports which indicate the level of program success or locations where special attention is required
